We understand how nerve racking and intimidating it can be coming to a new doctors office for the first time.  Being in pain, learning new faces and names and filling out paperwork can be an overwhelming experience.

That's why at Oakland Chiropractic Clinic, PLC, our goal is to eliminate as much of the stress and anxiety as possible on your first visit and make you feel more comfortable.  This area of our website will allow you to print new patient forms and fill them out in the comfort of your own home prior to your arrival.
